It is vital to ensure that each system is configured in accordance with the customer's requirements and that clear operating instructions are given to key personnel.

Warranty-Plus: optimised, 12-month provision for newly installed systems

All systems we install are backed by a 12-month Warranty proposition. Niscayah has moved beyond the industry norm of providing 'best endeavours' warranty support and created formal programme concept: Warranty-Plus. This provides an enhanced reactive and preventative maintenance profile for systems installed by Niscayah during the first 12 months of their operational life. Offering 24/7 peace-of-mind, Warranty-Plus has been created to counter the 'grey areas' of responsibility that can often exist during the warranty period of an integrated security system, usually when system delivery involves a main contractor/multiple supplier process.  

 

Service Programmes for System Management:
a radical re-think of ongoing systems support

Introduced in 2007, Niscayah's Service Programme options - Argentum, Aurum, Platinum and Platinum5 - are part of a restructuring of the traditional approach to providing ongoing service support for security systems.

The programmes are based on a core of Niscayah-designated, fundamental, deliverable service response elements. Onto these the customer then builds progressively from ranges of 'enhancers', dependent upon specific operational and organisational needs. Dependent variables include: the number and relative priorities of security disciplines involved, the age/condition of legacy systems and budgetary commitment periods. Enhancements can include the provision of materials, labour, access equipment, CAD support, staff training - even forward discount components and system elements renewal - within a programme package.
