Frequently Asked Questions

Niscayah Capabilities

Niscayah provides the most up-to-date systems available in the security disciplines of CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Detection/Alarms, along with Fire Systems. Our core skills are design/integration/installation and ongoing service support. We access the systems and component technologies from an array of internationally recognised third-party suppliers (one of these, Pacom, is owned by our parent company Niscayah Group AB).

Alongside systems provision we source and manage associated elements - such as physical security components, fibre/copper network provision, computer (server) installations for systems management etc.

Yes. Operating primarily at the ‘high security’ end of the security systems market means the technologies we supply are often at the ‘leading-edge’. Using networks (currently IP connectivity) for system communications, for example, has been a feature of Niscayah Limited's capabilities virtually since its foundation (as Bell Security, before rebranding) in 1986. Similarly, our incorporation of biometric sub-systems (for facial/iris/fingerprint/voice recognition) and other pattern recognition software (such as vehicle number plate readers) is routine.
No. We would engage suitable third-party suppliers if operating as main contractor or within a consortium.

No. Guarding has never been a part of Niscayah's business.

No. Cash handling has never been a part of our business.

Pacom is a multi-faceted security and communications technology at the heart of a number of our longstanding relationships with key customers. Pacom Systems is owned by Niscayah Group AB, the parent of Niscayah Limited.
No. ANDiS is owned and supplied by Bell ID in The Netherlands - an independent company since 2005. It remains, however, a close, strategic partner of ours.

We can and do provide bespoke systems to secure the assets of high net worth individuals, but we do not seek to market ourselves in the home security sector.
