Managing and monitoring systems with, or for, customers

MIT (Managed Information Technologies) is a division within Niscayah Ltd which provides security and fire system management/integration management and monitoring services. MIT is adept in its role of ensuring that customers maximise the functionality of the systems they select to protect their assets. MIT currently oversees 800-plus systems, including in excess of 2000 cameras.

Where integrated systems are involved - combining the performance of intruder, access control and CCTV, for example  - MIT's role gains even greater importance in deriving maximum value from the command and control  potential of the information these systems are designed to generate.

Operating remotely, 24/7 (using an array of the latest communications technologies), MIT provides both a hand-holding/training/support function, in- or out-of-hours, and takes on direct responsibility for some, or all, aspects of system management/monitoring.
