Bell Security formally marked its 20th anniversary on 27 October. A reception was hosted by founder directors Pat Curran (now Chairman) and Ken Howard (retired Managing Director), together with senior executives from parent Securitas Systems. The event, billed as A Celebration in The City, took place within the splendour of the Merchant Taylors’ Hall, in Threadneedle Street, in the heart of The City of London.

The event was attended to capacity by representatives from Bell’s banking client base and from commercial security and fire systems customers - as well as retired customer and supplier contacts and business advisors.

Commenting on the event, Pat Curran said: “The celebration was a great success. Ken and I would like to thank all customers, whether able or not to attend on the night, for their support of Bell. Alongside that must go thanks to all present and former employees, and other parties, who have played their part in shaping the company’s history to-date. Moving into the future, within the recently spun-off Securitas Systems Group, we look forward to taking the business to new levels of success.”
