By Road from M11:
Travel southbound on the M11 towards London. One mile before the end of the motorway proceed in the left-hand lane taking the left-hand fork onto the A406 towards East London and The City (A12). Change lane to the right and merge into the A406 lanes (so avoiding the A12 exit slip road). Then move back into the left-hand lane to exit at the next junction - A118 Ilford/Stratford. Stay in the left-hand lane around the roundabout, proceeding back under the A406. As you descend the slip road Niscayah's entrance is on the left before the traffic lights.

By Rail from Central London:
Ilford Station is on the Great Eastern Line and can be easily reached from Liverpool Street Station (via Stratford). On exiting the station, turn right, walk 50m then turn right again and head down Ilford Hill. Continue down the hill until you walk under the A406 overpass. Cross left over the main road at the next pedestrian traffic lights and walk forward a further 50m up the slip road. The building's entrance is on the right.

From M11/A406:
1. At the bottom of the M11 join A406 east (stay left)
2. Take second exit A12 (Redbridge roundabout)
3. Take the A12 towards Gants Hill / Romford
4. Go to the first roundabout which is the Gants Hill roundabout and take the second exit signposted Barkingside
5. Remain on this road for approximately 1 mile.  You will then start coming into Barkingside shopping centre
6. After driving through the High Street you will come across a roundabout.  Take the third exit signposted Fairlop Waters (Forest Road)
7. You will pass Fairlop underground station on your left.  When you get to the roundabout take the first exit (straight across)
8. Go straight across set of traffic lights.  You will then see a sign for the Hainault Industrial Estate road on the left.  Go past this road and take the second entrance on the left (Niscayah's offices)
9. Park on the left outside reception.

From M25 Junction 29 (A127):
1. Take Junction 29 off M25 head towards Romford and Central London
2. Join A127 and follow road to first set of traffic lights
3. Go straight over at lights and keep in the right hand lane.  You will then go over a flyover towards Central London
4. Stay on A127/A12 and go over next set of lights.
5. You will see Curry’s and MFI on the left hand side 
6. Go straight across the next set of lights keeping in the right hand lane approx mile and half to the next set of lights
7. At the lights enter the filter lane on the right (signposted Hainault and Marks Gate).  The Moby Dick pub will be on your left at the lights
8. Turn right into Whalebone Lane North and take first exit at the first roundabout
9. At second mini roundabout, first exit (straight over).  Keep in the left hand lane as you climb the hill, with Hainault Golf Course on the right hand side
10. Turn left at the brow of the hill at the start of the dual carraigeway into Forest Road (signposted Barkingside)
11. Approx 300 yards down on the right is Niscayah's offices.  Pull in first entrance (“In”) and park on the left hand side by reception door
