Head southwest on the the M11, take the N Circular/A406 (S) exit toward A12/A13, merge onto A406/N Circular Road, take the A118 exit toward Ilford, keep right at the fork to continue toward A118/Romford Road, then keep left as you get to the junction, continue round keeping left and Niscayah is on your left.
By Rail from Liverpool Street
From Liverpool Street Station head towards Ilford (via Stratford) on the Great Eastern Line. On exiting the station, turn right, walk 50m then turn right and head down Ilford Hill. Continue down the hill until you walk under the A406 overpass. Cross left over the main road and walk a further 50m up the slip road. Niscayah is on the right.

On exiting the station, turn right, walk 50m then turn right again and head down Ilford Hill. Continue down the hill until you walk under the A406 overpass. Cross left over the main road at the next pedestrian traffic lights and walk forward a further 50m up the slip road. The building's entrance is on the right.
